The 2011 Specialized Australian National MTB Championships kick off tomorrow at Eagle Mountain Bike Park in Adelaide.
The most challenging and prestigious meet of the domestic season, which takes place from Tuesday 22 - Saturday 26 February will see the nation’s fastest and most skilled riders compete across all mountain biking disciplines (cross country, downhill, 4X, trials and dirt jumps) with the national crown and a prize pool of up to $50,000 in sight.
Defending national cross country champion Rowena Fry (TAS) will chase her third consecutive national crown on Friday 25th while men’s downhill world champion Sam Hill (WA) will don the coveted rainbow jersey once again as he tackles the fast and thrilling Eagle Park terrain on Saturday 26th.
